- State registration of property rights and encumbrances;
- Issuance of information on the state registration of property rights and encumbrances, including unified certificates;
- Provision of information on properties located within the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
The services are available at the Bank’s following branches: Ajapnyak, Avan-Arinj, Arabkir, Davtashen, Zargatsum, Erebuni, Isahakyan, Kentron, Komitas, Malatia, Mashtots, Nor Nork, Shengavit, Jrvezh, Sebastia, Zeytun, Nor Nork 1, Nubarashen, Abovyan, Ashtarak, Armavir, Artashat, Gyumri-2, Dilijan, Ejmiatsin, Masis, Spitak, Gyumri, Goris, Ijevan, Tsaghkadzor, Hrazdan, Martuni, Shirak, Sevan, Kotayk, and Vanadzor.
The applicable service fee is AMD 1,500, inclusive of VAT.
