AraratMobile app can be downloaded from Google Play and/or App Store for FREE by scanning a QR code.

You may register in the app in one of the following ways:

• Online registration: Fill in your card details and register without visiting the Bank*;
• Online identification: Identify yourself using your ID document, regardless of whether you are an ARARATBANK customer or not;
• Registration via the link: Identify yourself in any branch of the Bank or by contacting the Call Center;

*Attention։ Registration is possible only if the 3D security system of your card is activated.

• If the 3D security system of your card is not active, you may try one of the following:
• Write an e-mail to carddep@araratbank.am (from an e-mail address registered in the Bank), stating your intention to activate 3D security system;
• Contact ARARATBANK Call Center, identify yourself and apply for 3D activation;
• Visit one of the Bank's branches or the head office and fill in the application form for 3D security system activation, after which you can register online and perform transactions through AraratMobile app.  

With Flight, you can make light-speed transfers using contact details on WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, and other apps.

1. To use the service, the AraratMobile user needs to:

• select the service from the Main menu or Transfers section,

• select the account from which he/she wants to transfer funds,
• indicate the amount of transfer,
• in the next drop-down page, share or send the link through any messenger available on his/her mobile phone (e-mail, Telegram, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.).

 2. The beneficiary, after receiving and opening the link, needs to:

• fill in its card details,
• confirm the transaction.

3․ Following receipt of the amount, a notice is sent to the remitter stating that the transaction has been confirmed by the beneficiary.

4․ In the event that the amount is not received within three days, it will be automatically returned to the account from which it has been debited.

Attention: The service is available for ArCa, MasterCard, Visa cards serviced by ArCa processing system with the exception of VTB-Armenia Bank cards. Transfers are instant.

Flight without registration service is already available on AraratMobile app, offering an opportunity to use the Flight service to cardholders of other banks as well.

1.To use the service, the AraratMobile user needs to:

• select the Log in without registration button
• select the service
• select currency (AMD, USD, RUB, EUR)
• indicate the number of the card (or scan the card)
• indicate the cardholder’s name and surname
• indicate the expiration date of the card
• indicate CVV/CVC code of the card
• specify the amount to be transferred, after which the field below shows the amount calculated with commission
• click the Transfer button
• check and confirm the data he/she has entered on ArCa processing system page
• receive, enter and confirm the 3D secure verification code sent to its phone
• select a beneficiary’s contact detail from its mobile phone, send or copy the link

2.The beneficiary, after receiving and opening the link in its browser, needs to:

• fill in its card details (or scan the card in case of iOS operating system)
• confirm the transaction

3․ Following receipt of the amount, a notice is sent to the remitter stating that the transaction has been confirmed by the beneficiary.

4․ In the event that the amount is not received within 6 hours, it will be automatically returned to the account from which it has been debited.
