Arca Moneytun

The ArCa Moneytun Card is issued free of charge and is intended for the non-cash receipt of funds transferred through the Moneytun international instant money transfer system.

The card may be topped up only with funds received via Moneytun.

The card can be used for:

  • online payments,
  • offline payments,
  • cash withdrawals at the Bank’s ATMs and terminals, as well as at ATMs and terminals of other banks.

** When a supplementary card is issued to an Armenian citizen on a card account held by a foreign national, the standard payment card tariffs apply. When a supplementary card is issued to a foreign national on a card account held by an Armenian citizen, the tariffs specified in this table apply.

***A one-time fee is charged for a 2-year service period.

****When transactions are performed via ATMs, terminals, or other online platforms of member banks of the “Armenian Card” system, a servicing bank fee may also be applied, the amount of which is determined by the respective bank. Please note that at the service points of AraratBank OJSC (including its online platform), for cards issued by banks other than AraratBank OJSC, an additional servicing bank fee of 0.5% applies, in addition to any commission charged by the issuing bank. This fee is charged at the time of the transaction and is added to the transaction amount.

 

  Upon receipt of the card, the customer shall:

  • Sign the signature strip on the reverse side of the card
  • Sign the agreement and the relevant notification
  • Sign in the designated field for the PIN code

Cut-off times for crediting funds to card accounts are as follows:

  • Payments approved between 17:30 of the previous business day and 09:30 of the current business day are credited and activated by 10:30 on the same business day.
  • Payments approved between 09:30 and 13:30 on a business day are credited and activated by 14:00 on the same business day.
  • Payments approved between 13:30 and 17:30 of a business day are credited and activated within one hour.

In accordance with the agreement signed with the USA under the Compliance Act (FATCA), the Bank may collect additional information to determine if you are a US taxpayer.
