In case of non-payment of the rental fee for the safe deposit box or failure to return the box within the term specified in the contract, the Bank shall charge the Customer a penalty of AMD 1,200 for each day of delay, starting from the 6th day.
For making a new key in place of one lost or damaged by the Customer: AMD 15,000.

- ARARATBANK offers personal safe deposit box service to persons who have reached the age of 18.
- In the event the Customer fails to pay the rent or vacate the safe deposit box within the period set by the contract, the Customer shall be charged a fine in the amount of AMD 1,200 per day late, starting from the 6th day of delay.
- In the event of loss or damage to the key, the Customer shall be charged AMD 15,000.
- Personal deposit boxes are intended and provided for rent to store cash, securities, documents, gold and jewelry, including precious stones, paintings, electronic memory carriers, and other valuables (hereinafter referred to as valuables).
- Explosives, flammable, chemical and liquid substances, including mercury, essential oils, radioactive elements, drugs, weapons, ammunition, biological and micro-organisms, as well as substances and objects constituting biological threats or hazards to human health, shall not be placed in Deposit Boxes.
- Gold and jewelry, as well as other solids should be kept in the personal deposit box in special containers or other soft packaging so that they do not damage or are not damaged (scratched) when in contact with the deposit box, other items or other solids.
- In the specially furnished part of the safe vault, the Customer can perform actions with the valuables and documents placed in the deposit box, and the maximum permissible period of stay in the safe vault cannot exceed 10 minutes.
- In case the deposit box is vacated earlier than the time agreed in the contract, no recalculation shall be made for the rent payment, neither any difference shall be refunded.
- In case of loss or damage to the key of the personal safe deposit box provided to the Customer, the Customer shall immediately inform the Bank thereof and shall pay for the preparation of a new key in the amount defined by the Bank 's tariffs. The Customer shall have no right to independently duplicate the key provided to him.
- The Customer can seal the personal safe deposit box in one of the convenient ways proposed by the Bank.
- During the safe deposit box rental period, the Customer may enter the vault during the operational day of the Bank upon presentation of a passport.
