Commission Fees

• ArCa cards – 1%
• Mastercard, Visa cards (issued by Armenian banks) – 1.5%
• Mastercard, Visa cards (issued by foreign banks) – 2.5%
• Diners Club cards – 3.5%

• ArCa cards – 1.7%
• Mastercard, Visa cards (issued by Armenian banks) – 1.9%
• Mastercard, Visa cards (issued by foreign banks) – 2.9%
• Diners Club cards – 3.5%

For customers qualifying under the decision No. 27-N of the Council of the Central Bank of Armenia dated 09.02.2026, maximum commission fees may be established (the fees defined by the decision apply from March 1 of each year until the last calendar day of February of the following year).

Maximum commission fees

• ArCa cards – 0.5%
• Mastercard, Visa cards (issued by Armenian banks) – 0.9%

A fee of AMD 50,000 (fifty thousand Armenian drams) shall be charged to the merchant/service point if, after the Bank connects the software to the cash register–POS terminal installed at the service point, the total transaction volume conducted before termination of the Bank’s services is less than AMD 5,000,000 (five million Armenian drams).
