Offer /on buying out the shares of ARARATBANK OJSC

I, Barsegh Gerasim Beglaryan, — being a shareholder of ARARATBANK OJSC and basing on the preliminary consent given based on the Resolution N1/985A of the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia dated 13.12.2017 — offer the shareholders of ARARATBANK OJSC to sell out (hand over) the shares rightly owned by them to me at AMD 19,089.84 (nineteen thousand eighty-nine point eighty-four).

Shareholders of ARARATBANK OJSC may accept the offer between 15.12.2017 and 30.12.2017 at 19 Pushkin St., Yerevan, Armenia or send it to araratbank@araratbank.am.
