Born on March 28, 1968 in Yerevan, Armenia.
1993: Graduate of the State Engineering University of Armenia, Faculty of Machine Building and Mechanical Engineering.1998: Yerevan Institute of National Economics, Department of Finance and Credit.
1986-1988: joined Soviet Army.
1995 to present: banking system.
1995-2000: Leading specialist at Armnerartbank CJSC, Department of Methodology and Economic Analysis; different positions at Credit Operations Department – chief specialist, head of the division and head of the department.
2000-2005: Head of the Credit Department, Head of the Internal Audit Department at Haykapbank CJSC.July 2005 - September 2008: Head of the Internal Audit Department of ARARATBANK OJSC
2006 - 2020: joint appointment: Supervisor at FINCA Universal Credit Organization CJSC
September 2008 - October 2011: Deputy Head of the Internal Audit Department of ARARATBANK OJSC
October 10, 2011 to present: Head of the Internal Audit Department/Chief Auditor of ARARATBANK OJSC
Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors-Armenia NGO
Marital status: married, has two children, a son and a daughter.
