ARARATBANK guaranteed placement of FINCA UCO bonds

Please be informed that on 22.02.2017 nominal coupon bonds issued by FINCA UCO CJSC were placed on the platform of initial public offering of NASDAQ OMX ARMENIA

OJSC through standard private (European) auction. Bonds were placed by ARARATBANK OJSC, implementing guaranteed placement.
