Authentication Now Available

Please be advised that account deposits, card top-ups, and foreign currency exchange transactions performed through ATMs with Cash-In functionality are available only after successful customer authentication. You may authenticate using one of the following methods:
- ArCa QR Authentication
Open the AraratMobile app, scan the QR code displayed on the ATM screen, and complete the authentication process. - imID Authentication
This authentication method is available only to AraratBank customers with an electronic signature issued through the imID system. Authentication will be successful only if the customer’s Public Services Number (PSN) associated with the entered phone number in AraratBank’s records matches the PSN received from the imID system. Authentication will be declined if the information does not match or if the phone number is registered under more than one customer profile in the AS-Bank system.

In case of discrepancy between Armenian and English versions of the information, the priority is given to the Armenian version.
