Transfers in USD
The bank will incur expenses of the correspondent bank. If there are intermediary bank-related expenses, such expenses shall be charged from the transferred amount (OUR option)
a/ If the paper form of the payment order is provided	0.15% AMD 15,000 min., AMD 55,000 max.
b/ If the payment order is provided via Bank-Customer/Internet Banking systems	0.1% AMD 15,000 min., AMD 50,000 max.
In case of submission of the OUR payment order to Georgia via paper, ARARATMOBILE/Bank-Customer/Internet-Banking systems	0.15% AMD 10,000 min., AMD 55,000 max.
Expenses of correspondent and all intermediary banks shall be charged from the transferred amount (SHA/BEN option)	0.1% AMD 5,500 min., AMD 15,000 max.
Submission of payment order in a hard copy to Turkey through AraratMobile/Bank-Customer/Internet banking systems, irrespective of transfer costs	0.15%, AMD 15,000 min., AMD 50,000 max.
Regardless of the transfer cost option to Russia and Belarus (including beneficiaries in Russia and Belarus), when submitting a payment order via paper or remote management systems	0.15%, minimum: 50,000 AMD, maximum: 100,000 AMD, additionally charged correspondent bank fee of 200 EUR, which is charged in AMD

Transfers in RUB and Georgian Lari
Transfers in RUB shall be made with OUR option	0.1%, AMD 5,000 min., AMD 100,000 max.
Transfers in Georgian Lari shall be made with OUR option	AMD 10,000
Transfers in currencies quoted in the Bank
ARARATBANK will incur expenses of the correspondent bank. Where there are intermediary bank-related expenses, such expenses shall be charged from the transferred amount (OUR option)	0.15%, AMD 15,000 min., AMD 55,000 max.
Correspondent and all intermediary bank expenses shall be charged from the transferred amount (SHA/BEN option)	0.15%, AMD 5,000 min., AMD 15,000 max.
Transfers in other currencies shall be made in EUR with OUR option and shall be transferred to the beneficiary’s account in the currency requested by customer	0.2%, AMD 20,000 min., AMD 55,000 max.
Refund of unexplained amounts in foreign currency received from correspondent banks, adjustment of validity conditions
USD, EUR, RUB and any other currency	5%, AMD 10,000 max.
Clarification given to correspondent banks regarding transfers made outside the RA territory or inquiries on transfers, change of details and cancelation of transfers based on customer written request

Note:

Transfers in the RA territory shall be made within one banking day.
Where the transferred funds have been already paid out, the Bank shall not be held liable for the return of funds.
When sending the required documents outside the Republic of Armenia, postage costs shall be additionally charged to the account holder.
The Bank's expenses related to the return of transferred funds shall be incurred by the Customer where the return of funds has resulted from provision of inaccurate details by the Customer.

Be aware of fraud

When making an international SWIFT transfer, it is necessary to remain vigilant.

If you receive a message from a partner stating that their company’s banking details have changed, or if a new partner provides banking details where the bank is located in a different country (for example, the partner’s address and the bank’s address are in significantly different countries), before making the transfer it is necessary to:

Re-check the details with the partner
Clarify whether the partner’s bank is located in a different country from the partner
Contact the partner through another communication channel (phone)
Make sure that the email was sent from an official email address

Fraudsters often use fake emails and altered account details.
