Nominal coupon bonds of the National Mortgage Company RCO CJSC placed successfully

We hereby inform that on the 15th of May, 2020 ARARATBANK OJSC successfully placed 300 thousand nominal coupon bonds of the National Mortgage Company RCO CJSC with a total volume of AMD 3,000,000,000, annual yield of 7.25%, maturity period of 3 years, of which 270,000 bonds were placed on the platform of initial public offering of Armenia Securities Exchange OJSC and the rest of 30,000 was sold to the underwriter and market maker ARARATBANK OJSC in compliance with the Bonds Issue Prospectus. 

It is noteworthy that the total demand for 270,000 bonds from 5 members of the Stock Exchange having joined the placement as purchasers made AMD 3,250,663,931 (three billion two hundred and fifty million six hundred and sixty-three thousand nine hundred and thirty-one) via the underwriting system of Armenia Securities Exchange OJSC. Weighted average yield of the bonds placed in the Stock Exchange made 7.2408%.
