Payment and Redemption of bonds

On July 22 of this year, ARARATBANK OJSC completed the redemption of the twenty-second dollar bonds and the payment of coupon income. The bond amount was paid as of 09:00 am on July 22 based on the list of registered bond holders by crediting the settlement accounts of the bond holders.
