A new format of bank-customer relationship in the armenian banking market

"ARARATBANK is the bank that shapes a culture. In addition, mortgage evenings will be held regularly — twice a year, " said the Chairman of the Executive Board A. Osipyan and added that “the bank will lend mortgage loans at 1% less interest rate to the customers having found their apartment within the framework of the event.” These terms will be effective by the end of the year.  

In the interview with the journalists, Ashot Osipyan also informed that “the bank has a sufficient toolkit for mortgage financing and the products it offers are constantly upgraded.” Loan types offered to individuals for construction of private houses, acquisition of business premises and a high-demand loan with grace period were highlighted among new products. The bank also provides an opportunity to make use of other consumer loans at the same terms during the tenor of the mortgage loan.

As stated by the CEO, this year the bank planned to grow its portfolio by up to AMD 20 billion: as of to date, the credit portfolio exceeds AMD 17 billion.

Those who joined the event stated that the event was quite an interesting novelty in the market, during which the bank acted as an intermediary between potential customers and organizations.  It was also a good opportunity to learn directly about terms and conditions of the real estate market and the bank.
