From now on, ARARATBANK customers can submit their concerns and recommendations on banking services also through "Branch Customer Advisory Boards".

Guided by the principle of accepting the customer as a partner, ARARATBANK will set up “customer advisory boards” in all of its 61 branches operating on the whole territory of the Republic of Armenia and in Artsakh.   

The first Board was set up in Armavir with active participation of six customers of Ejmiatsin and Armavir branches.     

Chairman of the Executive Board of ARARATBANK Ashot Osipyan, Deputy CEO Karen Sargsyan, responsible employees from Branch Management Department and employees of the branches participated in the first Board.    

Chairman of the Executive Board of ARARATBANK Ashot Osipyan suggested that the Board members actively participated in the development of the Bank, implementation of customer-tailored policy and products. Mr. Osipyan mentioned, “Our goal is to use international technologies and professional experience in place both for the welfare of each customer and economic development of the country”. 

The members of the Board, in their turn, assured that the structure will function effectively and the next Board meeting will focus on region-specific issues and concrete proposals on mutually beneficial cooperation. The Board meeting will be held every quarter.
